Bisma Shaikh is a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist with over 13 years of experience. She has worked in leading hospitals and various dynamic setups. Currently, she consults part-time at Samphia, Kullu, and is a Master Trainer at MAITS, a UK-based charity.
Bisma specializes in early intervention for children with Autism, late talkers, misarticulations, and apraxia.

In 2023, she launched FirstWords, creating acclaimed speech and language development materials for children.
